FERTILITY PRACTITIONER
Meet Michelle
After navigating a personal journey with PCOS, pelvic pain and overwhelm, Michelle sought out a Chinese medicine practitioner after receiving the advice from her doctor to “move to the country side for 12 months to relax”. This trip to the acupuncturist was about to change my life – not only did my chronic PCOS-related acne disappear, but my period came back online, my feelings of anxiety reduced and most importantly, I began to feel like myself again. I felt energised, clear headed, and like I was living WITH my body, not against it.
After experiencing such significant transformation in my hormonal health and mental wellbeing, I enrolled into a Bachelor Of Health Science (majoring in Chinese medicine) and began my 5 year university degree. My studies took me to Taiwan and China, including a hospital internship and Daosit medicine intensive in the hills of Wudang.
With a clinical focus on fertility, I have dedicated my professional development to fertility following university. I have been fortunate to mentor under the prolific Kirsten Wolfe, Australia’s most prominent fertility practitioner and teacher.
In addition to Chinese medicine, I am a certified yoga teacher, Master NLP practitioner, life coach and Milton Erickson Hypnosis.
My life’s mission is to support women back to better health, and to achieve their natural state of fertility. Unlocking the key to your hormone health is like dialing “home” into Google maps – it’s your blueprint to feeling amazing in your body, empowered in your fertility, and like the best version of yourself.
"I believe everybody should have the chance to have the family they have always dreamed of. This starts with education. When we understand our body, our hormones, and our fertility, we're better equipped at making decisions to live in greater harmony and flow with our body"
